LEARN TO MEDITATE or MEDITATION SERIES -  Learn how to quiet your mind and relax. Wear comfortable clothes   

                                                                                             One class $20 or  3 part series $50. Parties of three or more people may

                                                                                             call to schedule a class.

 

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS - Receive a reiki attunement so you may give reiki to yourself and others.  First, second, and Master/Teacher levels of this Ancient Japanese art of relaxation and healing.  Generally held on Saturdays however, other times available for groups. Great for nurses, health professionals or anyone interested in helping  others and themselves.  See calendar for dates.

 REIKI SHARE - Reiki share is for those persons already attuned to reiki who would like to practice on each other.  

                              Join others with like interests.  Held third Wednesday evening at 7:00.

                             Please call ahead to preregister and confirm your attendance.       $5 donation fee.

 

DRAW TO WRITE CLASSES      for children who are  having difficulty with handwriting accuracy (print or cursive).

                                                    Individual and group sessions. Classes in keyboarding offered.

                                            Classes are taught by a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 26 years of experience

                                                                          who specializes in handwriting difficulties

KNITTING  CLASS – 5 week series for beginning knitters.  Great way to relax!!    $60 includes needles and yarn.  

                                      You will have a project to complete.     Check our newsletter for times and dates or call if you have a party

                                      of 3 or more to schedule.

 

LADIES NIGHT OUT / BIRTHDAY PARTIES/ SPECIAL OCCASIONS –

                  Enjoy a 15 min. seated massage, 15 min. Mini reiki session and a paraffin hand dip with your friends.  

                  May bring your own refreshments.    Call to schedule this activity

                                        $45 each for groups of 2-5 or $40 each for groups of more than 6 people
